Anyway, considering that the overseas technical support actualli replied to my email in 3 hours, two thumbs up for them.

Speaking of call cntre, if this new one doesn't come through by February, I might have to go back to another call centre? Or a rather mundane office job. Oh well, whatever it takes to let the money flow.

If you can't change it, accept it. And vice versa.
